Maggie & Joy, Thank you both so much for your help. I am not sure how the weather id there but we just got struck with a huge ice storm. So Joy I can wait until the weather clears. I have waited over 2 years to find these folks and literally cried when I saw Brown Low's obit on the Trimble County website. Here is how I tracked them down.... BURKE, Lucy (Auxier) 1950 (Wife of Brown Low Burke) East Point Woman Accident Victim Mrs. Lucy Auxier Burke, 43, formerly of East Point, was crushed to death Friday, September 29, 1950 when her car ran off a curve on a Trimble County road three miles south of Milton, Ky. She was thrown out and crushed as the car overturned. A resident of Milton, she was on her way to Madison, Ind., to visit her daughter, Mrs. Victor Wright. Mrs. Burke was the daughter of Mrs. Miranda Music Auxier and the late Henry Auxier of East Point. Her father was killed by an automobile on Route 23 near Paintsville about 10 years ago. Surviving besides her daughter are her husband, B. L. Burke of Milton, one granddaughter, her mother, Mrs. Miranda Auxier of East Point, two brothers, Virgil and Woodrow of East Point, two sisters, Mrs. May Hereford of Milton, and Mrs. Bert Blanton of Jenkins. Funeral services were held Sunday at 2:00 p. m., at the residence at Milton and burial was in a nearby cemetery.
