    3. Hello Roslyn and others who might be interested, First let me tell all of you that there are quite a number of Court Order Books in the Court House. Only Court Order Book 1 has been put in print by the Historical Society in two volumns. I am sure that Maggie would not have known the answer since she did not do the newsletter or the abstracts. The ones I have listed in the newsletter's are some abstracted by Sharissa Rogers (note top of that pg 6 of newsletter!). I don't know if there was more or not but would guess that there is more. However the TRIMBLE COUNTY GUARDIAN BOND BOOK, 1866-1924 (which covers so much of the time period that is not covered by the census) has it listed. Below it is in the complete form. Whereas, Thomas Kendall has been appointed by the County Court of Trimble County, and qualified as Guardian to Mary Jane Dickens a minor, NOW, we Thomas Kendall as principal, and James Sams his sureties, do hereby convenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Thomas Kendall will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law. Signed, this 5th day of March 1866 Thomas Kendall James Sams Attest: W F Peak, clerk of Trimble County Court I hope this help you and others, Thanks, Marguerite Miller, editor of Trimble County Historical Society Newsletter. > Hi Roslyn, > > I am hoping one of the ladies from the Historical Society can answer these > questions for you - I live in Michigan and dont' have access to the things you > are asking - Marguerite or Joy are on the list and hopefully they know what you > need. > > Best wishes, > Maggie > > > Hi Maggie, just got my copy of the newsletter.
