Hi list, For those of you who are researching the Ewing family who lived in Trimble County, I have a question for you. Even though the particular event did not happen in Trimble County, does anyone know if this statement is true? I have not been able to verify this information. Robina was the wife of James EWING. They came to KY from Scotland. It was at Frankfort that Robina taught the first high school for girls that was taught in the state of Kentucky. This was, perhaps, in 1802 or 1803.
