Hi: I've wondered for many years, how this family of Duncan's are related, or if they are to my DUNCAN family. If someone knows the answer to where this family came from, I would surely like to hear from you. Any help would be appreciated. My families in Trimble Co., KY are the James Duncan and Asenath Browning Duncan and their children and grandchildren. Mine came from Culpeper Co., VA to Henry, then Oldham, then Trimble Co's, by 1802. James was a son of William Duncan, the Elder. These are some of the people I'm talking about. I know that this James Duncan married Amanda Penn, but the rest of the other's, I have no idea.
