The death record says the person was born in Trimble County in 1832--so I sent this query. Everyone understands that DCs are not perfect, as sometimes informants just guess at the information. So hopefully, someone in the Carroll, Gallatin, Oldham counties area, has early marriage records and will do a look-up for me.
