    3. http://chfs.ky.gov/dph/vital/deathcert/ You can also download the form and mail directly to the state ($6.00 a copy). I do this all the time. It is cheaper than Vital Check. Usually takes a few weeks. The death certificate lists the cause of death, but not necessarily the burial place. Holly Liter Sourcing Analyst Summit Energy Services, Inc. MORGAN 1913 Hi List, I wonder if anyone can help me obtain a death document for Trimble County. There is no one for Trimble County on RAOGK and I keep getting Run Time Errors on Vital Check. If you accept Pay Pal that would be fine as well as my using a personal check for payment of this document. This is my husband's gr. grandmother. I am hoping that the cause of death and also where buried in on the death certificate. The info is as follows: Last Name First Name MI Age Death Place Death Date Volume Certificate Death Volume MORGAN Mary F. 078 Trimble 10-10-1913 057 28079 1913 Thanks for any help. The document does not have to be one with state seal. It can just be the cheaper, plain document. Does not matter. If you can help, I will send my address, etc. Sue Jones macduff@infionline.net ==== KYTRIMBL Mailing List ==== Visit the Trimble County Kentucky Genealogy page!
