I have found nothing with a direct connection between the McIntire family and the Noel family. You may have to go to Christian County to find out why the McIntire children went from the guardianship of Thomas Mallory in 1842 to Wm. M. Noel and Andrew Daniel in 1850. I couldn't find McIntire or Mallory in the index to the Trigg County Court Orders after 1842. And as Thomas Mallory was listed in the 1820, 1830 and 1840 Fed. census for Christian County, the information may be in Christian County. Judy
