MORSE of Graves Co., KY and Miss PAULINA B. GRAY of Caldwell County, Kentucky and they by agreement have made the following contract, viz: each party now owns lands, town lots, slaves, money and other personal property and by agreement each party is to own and have the exclusive control of their separate property, neither party to have any legal interest or control over the property owned by them respectively outside or beyond the consent of the other. they each retain all the legal rights of property which now assertion to them, and the property now owned or hereafter acquired is to be the separate property of the party now owning or hereafter acquiring the same, and this is to be the ruling in case of death unless a different one is laid down by last will & testament.
