My family moved to Kentucky in 1830, settling primarily in Christian and Trigg Counties--as far as I know, at this point. I am looking for anyone who has WOOTTON or BRAME (& their varied spellings) among their family names or connections. In Christian County, KY, Brames, Woottons, POWELLs, and LACYs are buried together in the Powell Cemetary. What does anyone know of the connection?
