James married (1st) Ollie M. Dunn on 15 Nov 1904 and (2nd) 30 Oct 1927 to Lila Lee Hancock. Ollie M. Dunn was born 3 Nov 1884 and died 20 Sep 1926. She was buried in Flat Lick Cemetery. Her father was Sam Dunn. I don't know who her mother was. James and Ollie had the following children: 1. Chester Dare Joiner (b. 1906 in Trigg Co., KY) m. Flossie Orgain (daughter of Boyd Orgain and Maggie Lloyd) 2. Mary Emma Joiner (1908-1930) m. Millard Berkley (no known children from this marriage who survived infancy). 3. Annie Vivian Joiner (b. 7 Feb 1911) m. Raymond Johnson (both husband and wife were still living in 1974) 4. James Ray Joiner (b. 4 Jul 1917 in Gracey, KY) m. Julia Virginia Pryor (daughter of E. Albert Pryor and Euna Killebrew) Lila Lee Hancock was born 20 Mar 1900. She died 20 Jun 1966 and is buried in the Flat Lick Cemetery. Her parents were Silas Hancock and Belle Pryor.
