Thanks, Tim, for providing the link to the NC census. I found much more than the census, at least for Rowan Co., NC. Many Christian and Trigg county people had earlier roots in old Rowan Co. I am thinking particularly of Allen Grace, an early settler of Trigg, who married Christenia Lash (aka Loesch?) in Surry Co., NC. Doubtless her family in an earlier generation had been Moravians. More research is needed on this Lash/Loesch family to make that link. Some many ancestors and so little time! Thanks for the link. E.W.Wallace
