Hi, my name is Gene Rivers and my mother was Sara Elizabeth MIMMS, b. Dec 18, 1922, d. Sep 20, 1970, and married my father Fulton Eugene RIVERS who was a paratrooper stationed at Camp Campbell in 1950. Sara was the daughter of David T. MIMMS,(b.1894 )and Evelyn KIMBROUGH, (b.1898). Both whom are interred in the cemetery in Guthrie. David's father was also David T.,(b.1858) in Todd Co., and was married to Sallie LESTER, (b.1861), in Todd Co. Sallie's father was Joshua LESTER,(b.1839). Evelyn's father was W. L. KIMBROUGH, (b.1859) in Todd Co., and his wife was Sallie YOST, (b.1863) in Allensville.............Her father was E. A. YOST. And W.L.'s father was also a W. L. (William Landon) KIMBROUGH, b. 1824 and married to P. B. TERRY, (b.1831). I hope this wasn't too much for you all. I have yet to locate any cousins in Todd County.
