Would you be so kind as to look up the deaths of twin babies 1858 and another baby 1858 for William M. Roe/Rowe and Susan C. Bivin of Todd Co. A family researcher 'told' me that these deaths were in the Todd Co. vital statistics. I need more concrete info like the CD # and/or page to confirm these children for the William M.
