Died Nov. 29-1893 RSW NOTE: I received the above Bible without its cover and in generally poor condition from Kelley Chapman of Crofton, KY in late March, 2002. Kelley indicated in an accompanying letter that she has possessed the Bible for over thirty years. She stated that she found the Bible in poor condition when an estate was being cleaned out, and the Bible was going to be thrown away. She thought that it was wrong to throw away the Bible, so she removed it from the trash and kept it with her own family Bible. She forwarded it to me after finding some of the names in the Bible on my Internet web site. Double thanks to Kelley: first for saving the original Bible, and second for passing it on. Robert Stephen Watson 3 April 2002
