First I give unto my wife, SUSANAH YANCEY all my estate during her natural life or widowhood. Second, I wish my son GABRIEL L. YANCEY to have the use of any of my [timber?] during his life and the profits arising both from the land and negroes that may hereafter be named until the death of my wife SUSANAH YANCEY, also until my grchildren of whom MARIA LOUISA is the youngest shall become of the age of twenty one. Third, I give and bequeath unto my grson PRESTON LEWIS YANCEY and ROBERT COLEMAN YANCEY when they shall become of the age of twenty one, my tract of land , a part of which [runs ______?] with the [_________], above stated, which land is to be equally divided between PRESTON L. and ROBERT C. YANCEY. Fourth, I give and bequeath unto my grandson PRESTON L. YANCEY a negro man named P___on and to my grandson ROBERT C. YANCEY a negro girl named Eliza, a negro boy named Sam, and one set of [silver?] table and teaspoons. Fifth, I give unto my grdaughter, MARIA LOUISA YANCEY a negro girl named Eleanor. Sixth, I give [_______?] my property unto my son GABRIEL L. YANCEY whom I wish should keep the whole of the property with the [benefit?] thereof until the above named grchildren shall become of the age of twenty one Lastly, I constitute and appoint , GABRIEL L.
