As you may or may not know, Harvey left his wife and family, which explains why there is no cemetery marker for him but there is for Mary. She is buried at Goshen Cem. (born Aug 1822-died 24 July 1884). I have NO PROOF but I believe Harvey may have been a son (or at least a close relative) of George Jones (b. 1774) and wife Agnes Mann (b. 1784). They lived in the same general area and came from the SAME AREA of Virginia that the Brumfields came from. George & Agnes married in 1798 in Campbell County, VA. James Brumfield & Mary Keeling married (as you stated) in 1805 in Halifax County, VA. Mary Keeling was supposed to be the daughter of Thomas Keeling who died in Halifax County, VA in 1831.
