James was born Nov. 11th, 1868 in Kentucky. I assume it was in or around Todd county seeing as most of my McElvain's were in that area. Another dead end is my Grandfather that was born in Elkton Kentucky July 9th, 1901. I need a birth record of this but no one seems to have any before 1911. Any information about these people would be greatly appreciated. I'm at a stand still.
