My GGGrandfather, William Kemper FISHBACK, m. Martha RAMSEY in Spencer Co. Mar.19 1835. They owned land , sold it in 1839 and migrated to Lewis Co. Mo. with their two young (3-4yrs) approx 1839-40. Haven't been able to put Parents or siblings with Wm Kemper! If anyone doing the Spencer Co. research has a thought, I would welcome a discussion with them! The family bibble lists him as being born in 1803, but no indication of where? WalterF507@aol.com
