Thomas Jefferson Dale (1807-1897) is buried in Spring Bayou Cem, McCracken Co. and appears to be the father of Rueben Hardin Dale (1838-1906), also buried in the plot. Thomas Jefferson is the son of Rueben Dale and Polly Mahan of Spencer Co. In Spencer Co marriages there is a JEFFERSON Dale, m. Sarah McKay 10 Sep 1829. Is this Thomas Jefferson Dale? Does anyone have information on the McKay family of Spencer Co? I have a book that includes a number of descendents of John Dale, born and died Richmond VA, father of Spencer's Rueben Dale. Will gladly share what I have. Enjoy the day! Karen Dale
