I went to HotBot search engine and got a reference for a _Blackledge Bibliography_ which gives as the 8th reference: "Ten-Mile Country" by Howard L. Leckey. Fiche 6049273. Book 974.88 Vol 1-7. The title of the petition would be necessary to find that, maybe also where it was written, any other known facts.
