    3. Sorry, no RICE's in the Lexington book. Don't know if I've looked this up for you before or not but Franklin's Wills & Estates book lists a JESSE RICE as witness to the will of Peter Vardeman, will dtd 22 July 1808, recorded Oct 1811. That's all I can find.
