Oh thank you very much for the Neatsville information. I am a decendant of Rudolph Neat, Sr. My maternal grandmother was a Neat. I was taken to the site of the original Neatsville a few years back but it was only a grown up brushy area. The relative to took me there said that if the brush was pulled away, there would still be some evidence that a town had been there. My grandmother lived in that area with her sisters and one brother for years, moved to Illinois and met my grandfather... who coincidentally had been born to the Roy family in the same area but they had never met while children. I wanted to know more so I have just begun. My boxes of pictures, letters, and remaining few relatives have also been a help. Thank you so much for the information.
