The court order books are - or at least were - available on microfilm from the State library, which also houses the older case files [to my knowledge not microfilmed]. I have many of the order books, bith county and circuit court, on microfilm for Russell Count, and there is also an index microfilm. To my knowledge they are available online, unfortunately.
