The letter from me that I typed at 11:30 a.m. on 12-13-04 was intended for a private letter to 'GARY" in response to a query he had on KYRussell. I made a mistake and sent it to the list. My apologies to him, the people I quoted, and list members. I will try to do better. Allen E. Long
