This may make me unpopular with the list but I want to say I am a very satisfied customer of Ancestry.com and have been for years. I have not had any problems with them and have found their technical support to be very helpful. A subscription to Ancestry.com has saved me a lot of money. Just one weekend trip to access records at a courthouse or library in another town or state used to cost me more than I now pay for a year's subscription. In addition to this I can access the census images and other information just about anytime and anyplace I wish to do so. If I can't sleep I can get up during the night and work on genealogy. Not true of court houses and public libraries! Thank goodness we live in a free country where we have a choice. My choice is to keep my subscription active with Ancestry.com And, by the way, I also have Genealogy.com and like it too. Sincerely, Anna Bertram abertram@heartoftn.net
