GARRETT KILLED IN A TRUCK ACCIDENT Mr. JAMES ALFRED GARRETT, of Rheber, Casey County was killed instantly in a truck accident near Springfield, Ky Tuesday night of last week. Mr. GARRETT was 77 years old and a native of this county. He was the first cousin of Mr. G.M. CHOATE and Mrs. LEOMA WESLEY of this city. Does anyone have information on James Alfred Garrett, Sr., b. Garrett and his wife, Elizabeth? Exactly how was James Alfred Garrett, Sr., related to G. M. Choat and Mrs. Leoma Wesley? Who was James Alfred Garrett, Sr.'s, first wife with whom he had the following children: Uriah Garret b. Dec 1882 Obadiah Garrett b. Feb 1884 Eli Garret b. 21 Mar 1886 Lethe b. 1890 Mollie b. Oct 1892 (may be when first wife died) Second wife was apparently Lula B. Tarter, and their son was Willie O. Garrett b. 13 Dec 1896. Third wife was someone named Bell (need maiden name), and their son was James Alfred Garrett, Jr., b. ca. 1909.
