I was sent a copy of it by someone about 10 years ago. I don't even remember who sent it to me. It appears to be a photo copy of the book. On the title page is "Relocated Cemeteries of Russell, Clinton, Wayne and Pulaski Counties, Kentucky" published by Aher Leon Young 1989. It has been a very good book for me. I have gotten a lot of valuable info out of it.
