Robert Ratliff was my husband's gggrandfather. His daughter, Mary Ann married Henry Jefferson Spence. Robert Ratliff was married to Louvina Hunt and their children were, Robert, Barbara, Mary Ann, and Benjamin. I know that they were in Russell Co., KY because Benjamin was born in Jimstown, KY. I do not know who Robert's father was, as I am still researching that line. Our Ratliff line came to KS around 1884. Robert and his wife are burried in Pittsburg, Crawford Co., Kansas.
