Nancy has really been a brick wall for me. She is my grgrgrandmother. She md. a Will Poor(e). They had 6 children, but they didn't raise most of them. Later she md. a Lafite (possibly Lafayette) Johnson and had more children. Family tradition says that Nancy was part Native American. Also, that she did some dancing on the riverboats in the 1800's.
