Ky and died 15 Sept 1909, Russell Co., Ky. Him and His wife and His daughter are buried in the McElroy Cemetery their in Russell Co., Ky. MY Elzy Allen Bailey was born April 1871 and was the son of Austin and Della Bailey found in the 1880 Russell Co.,Ky Census. I can't find him dead and buried anywhere. Can you? I can't find this Austin anywhere after the 1880 Census. Can anyone else?
