Lived and dies in Sano community of Russell County ,KY (1875-1959). His wife was Sally Montgomery (her parents were: Tom Montgomery & Elizabeth Bradshaw). They had 11 children: Dallas Carter (my great grandfather, he lived in the Sano community also, he worked at the old Sano country store, his son Hollis was my maternal grandfather) Desta Carter Roy(b. 1911) Francis Carter Tarter Dolly Carter Kraft(B.1908 ) Mary Carter (b.1913) Susie Carter (B. 1903) Elizabeth Carter-no children Willie Carter(B.1895, 2 children) Jack Carter Edward Carter Helen Carter Tarter My family can not trace Carl Carter's family. We have been told that years ago his family moved out of the county and he stayed on and married. Any info is appreciated.
