Linda, I've contacted the admin about your issue. Not sure why you would be blocked, but my powers only extend to the forum itself. I would also suggest trying again. I mentioned it on the rootsweb list manage and people seem to be finding their way here. A couple of problems that people mentioned I thought i'd relay to you. One person, linda Willson Long - Wilson1600@aol.com - said that after registering she received a message that she was blocked hen trying to log in? And another person - PSBU@aol.com - was still waiting for the confirmation email. I told her to go ahead and sign in, and threw out a couple of possible reasons that she might not have received the email [the email getting caught in AOL's spam filters and the possibility that a hop was down between the Russell Register server and her local server]. The lakecumberland.com site you mentined is connected with that other paper? I've never found either of their sites especially interesting. With genealogy being a primary focus for me, I tend to look more for obits, marriages and such, though news can be genealogical when it mentions kinfolk.
