Betty, Subscribing to the print edition of the newspaper is $25.00, but registering for the website is free as far as I know. On the website, left column near the top is a login area. Underneath that is a link to create an account for the web site. It's just basic information that is requested. I also just posted a welcome message for people, since I am moderating the forum.
