Ann, I don't know anything else about Gabriel Holder and Rhoda Rice or Reed? I checked my file and Rhoda is Rhoda Reed. According to the Book "Reed Family" written by E. H. Reed and dated June 3, 1886. Rhoda was a Reed and she had a brother John Reed who was married to Nancy Worth. I didn't see the book but someone sent me this information so I listed their sources for this information. I also checked my file and you and I have exchanged information before. Thanks to you and John Mahony? You both helped me fill in a lot of information on these Holders. Lisa L. Dobbs Leatherman

Thank you so much. I have some living Eades folks (William Granvel Eads' grandchildren) who can help shift through the information for who's who. Now, I am wondering, since I have you so agreeable, are there any other Gossers there? Wlliam Granvels' son General Wite Eades married Ita Augusta Gosser, daughter of Levi & Ella B. (Hansford) Gosser. I don't expect a complete Gosser listing, but some confirmation that there are more Gosser's there, too, and perhaps some Hansfords. I have some directions that will probably make sense once I get in the area. I plan to go there when the weather breaks some - March, April or May. These dates indicate an active cemetery - prospects for good hunting. You've been great, thanks.

Ruth, Sorry, no Sarah Jackman Hadley. Several Jackmans including a Sarah Jackman. Tons of Hadleys but just no Sarah. Would she have been buried under Lake Cumberland and moved? I have a relocation cemetery book but will have to hunt for it. Of course, lots of graves were never moved or there were no stones, so no records. Ann

Wilson is the info I have to follow. Tarter is interesting & may suggest another marriage in here somewher? or may just be unrelsted. I remain tied to the Wilson line. The William Thomas, John Wesley, Preston, Reuben & Jane names also line up with names I have for siblings to my General W. Eades. You have added some new info tor me, & given credence to a line I have been pursuing for a long time. I will need to find Union Cemetery records & plan a visit. I have decent directions from another souce, but would appreaciate any other details or advice you have about names or Directions. General W. Eades (son of Granvel Eades) is buried in Piatt Co. IL Cemetery, and I have infro on him and his children. There was another general Eads, a General Pierce Eades. Not sure of the relation, but I lean to him as a brother to Granvel. Rick in Indy
