I am putting the finishing touches on the Kentucky Death Certificate CD and it is set to be mailed out by Feb 7, 2004. There is still time to get involved though. If you have Death Certificates with a KENTUCKY connection, born, died or lived any part of their lives in Kentucky and would like to be a part of this project. E-mail your scanned JPEG death certificates to me at foe3643@mac.com The cost for the CD is $2.00 per CD (not death certificate) this will cover shipping and handling and the cost of the CD. The only stipulation is that you MUST donate atleast one death certificate to the project. However, the more each of us donate the larger the project will be. As of Feb 1, 2004 I currently have 1,800 death certificates that will be included on the CD. If this project proves to be a success I hope to continue it and put out one CD every six months or until there is no more interest in the Death Certificates. Anyone needing more information please feel free to e-mail me at the above address. And don't forget to drop by Tombstone Central: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~foe3643/ Cassy Sommers

I am no relation, just thought I would see what I could find on them in the 1850 census. They had 8 children before Joseph came along. It has Harvey from NC and his wife from KY. If you go to family trees and type in Harvey's name you will come up with a fellow that has some info. If if was me I would email him and see if he can help in any way. If you would like the other sibling names, let me know. Margie

Haywood possibly went under the surname Brown and may have been married to someone else before or after his marriage to Corrine. The other spouse may possibly be Emily Norris.

Hi Lisa, They said they would let me know and sent me a couple of dates to decide on. Hopefully I will be able to go, but I am going on a cruise in May. Did you see the sign in the window? Was the picture of my Bill anywhere? I stayed there the first week it was opened, so it is appropriate that they are in this building.
