About Completed. Morehead, Ky., July 25, 1900. — The survey of the Cincinnati & Licking River railroad is about completed between Hillsboro and West Liberty, a distance of 40 miles. Work will begin in the early fall. This road will give Cincinnati direct access to the rich cannel coal fields of Morgan county.
