Hi! I have just rec'd a picture that came from a book at the Rowan Co. Library and it has the following names in in the Picture. L-R Front: Grandma Basford [black dress] Phoebe Wills holding baby America McCarty Basford [w/o Sam Basford] L-R Back: Blanche and Minnie Basford I would love to know who the person called "GrandMa Basford" is? Shes the one in the middle with the black dress on. There is also a couple of other children that are not identified. Who can identify Phoebe Wills?
