Nola, Yes, I have quite a bit of information on Rev. ALDERSON as he was the brother of my husband's grandmother. Rev. Harvey G Alderson was b. Mar 13, 1851 in Logan, WV m. 1885 Died Feb 14, 1924 inFarmers, Rowan Co, KY age 72 . 13 ch from 2 marriages. He was first pastor of the Slaty Point Baptist Church, Rowan Co, KY. This information thanks to a descendant Raymond Alderson who did extensive research on the family. There is a John Ellis in the Alderson family. This may be one of the witnesses?
