Many thanks to the volunteers who maintain the obituary file boxes at the Rowan County Library in Morehead. Almost all the post-1980 obits were from those file boxes. Those of you who live near Morehead should not neglect this convenient resource. The earlier ones I mostly copied from the newspaper microfilms at the library. Happy searching!
