I am trying to find the evidence to prove Hannah BASFORD b. ca. 1815 who married William R. STATON b. 1798 Va. is not the Hannah CASSELDINE CHURCH that keeps appearing on all the records. >From the date of Hannah's birth I do believe she is the daughter of John b. ca. 1790 and Elizabeth ???BASFORD [some say Elizabeth was a NORRIS) On the LDS records I found HANNAH BASFORD who was christened 29 May 1815 St. Michales Coventry, Warwick England. It also stated her parents were John and Elizabeth Basford. Is this HANNAH? The dates match....the parents match? Any input will be appreciated. I still have no date of Marriage for William STATON to HANNAH? I also think this is the same HANNAH STATON who married my GGrandfather Thomas Thornburg 18 Jan. 1880 [his wife Eliza had died in 1877] However, when he died in 1896....there is no mention of a wife...just his children?
