Hello Listers, I am trying to locate a marriage record for my ancestors, Delilah MITCHELL & Edward CASE, 20 February 1820. It is my understanding that the Rowan County, KY Courthouse has no records that predate the 1880s as the earlier records (land, probate and marriages) were destroyed in a courthouse fire. Does anyone have access to any marriage books or a marriage database that can shed some light on the accuracy of this marriage date and perhaps provide additional information along these lines?
