From Richmond, Indiana "Pal-Item" Ruth Senters, 83, of Richmond, died Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at Rose Gate Village after a long illness. She was born June 5, 1923, in Rock Castle County, Ky., to George and Lurie Cinnamon Anderson and lived here since 1955. Ruth was a homemaker and a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include her three children, James C. and wife Elizabeth Senters of Richmond, Dorothy and husband Perry Jarvis of Abington and Barbara and husband Jeffrey Warth of Richmond; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Viola Woodall of Dayton, Ky., and Lela Stanley of Trenton, Ohio; nieces and nephews. Ruth's husband, James B. "Bobo" Senters, died Dec. 8, 1993. One brother, Amos Anderson, and two sisters, Cleo Lankford and Johnnie Fields, are also deceased. Funeral services for Ruth Senters will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 23, 2007, at Stegall-Berheide-Orr Funeral Home, Richmond, with Perry Jarvis officiating. Burial will be in Boston Cemetery.
