Gerald: I have the Rockcastle County Cemetery Book and checked for Hiram Lay and did not find his name in the Cemetery Book. I am on the Pine Hill Cemetery Committee and there are more unmarked Graves than there is with makers he may be there without a stone? I will look in our files at the Historical Society and see if we have a Lay Family folder there and will let you know if I find anything on him.
