I am trying to locate a family in Rockcastle County in 1860. I have access to the 1860 Rockcastle online census index and census images. I noticed that every page is Mt. Vernon PO. I am wondering if other districts are left out of the index and images or if the whole Rockcastle County census would have been enumerated as Mt. Vernon PO.
