Would anyone have access to an index to the 1880 census for Rockcastle County KY? I am looking for a listing in the 1880 census for a Lucy Catherine BLOOMER who was born about 1874 in Rockcastle County KY. I'm sorry I do not know her parents or siblings to help with this lookup. I found a lookup volunteer for the 1880 census on the Rockcastle Co. KY GenWeb page, but her email was returned as address undeliverable, so I thought I would try this list.
