Hello - I am looking for the parentage of Spencer A. Mullins. He is on the 1840 Rockcastle census - age ca. 20 meaning d.o.b. ca. 1820. By 1850 Spencer had relocated to Logan Co., VA - now WVA. He used the initials S. A. as well. Any info greatly appreciated. Rick Stewart
