George Washington Renner, Jr. - Hamilton, Ohio, "Journal News," obit dated 2-04-1998 George Washington Renner, Jr., age 69, of Hamilton, Ohio died Monday, February 2, 1998, at 7:15 p.m. at Hospice of Cincinnati at Mercy Hospital of Hamilton. He was born April 27, 1928, in Brindle Ridge, Kentucky. He served in the United States Army. He retired from the Mosler Safe Company. He is survived by two sons, Roger Renner of Hamilton and Lonnie Renner of Hamilton; four daughters, Lina Weinewuth of Fairfield, Bonnie Drew of Mt. Vernon, Kentucky, Connie Hill, Latonia, Kentucky, and Regina Renner of Hamilton, Ohio; five grandchildren, Chad and Geoffrey Fugate, Jordan Peters, Cassandra Hill and Aaron Renner; brothers, Monroe Renner of Brodhead, Kentucky, and Fred Renner of Hamilton, Ohio; sisters, Alice Bradley of London, Kentucky, Willie Hensley of Cincinnati, Ohio, Marie Robbins, Mt. Vernon, Kentucky, and Irene Ball of Brookville, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Renner, Sr. and Dora Ann (Cromer) Renner, and one brother, Johnny Renner. Funeral Services will be held at the Avance Funeral Home, 4976 Winton Road, Fairfield, Ohio on Thursday, February 5, 1998 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati, 4310 Cooper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45242.
