Myrtle Sexton - Hamilton, Ohio, "Journal News," obit dated 1-18-1998 Myrtle Sexton age 89, of Hamilton died at the Tri-County Extended Care Center in Fairfield at 2:10 p.m. January 16, 1998. She was born in Rock Castle County, Kentucky on October 29, 1908. She was the daughter of Walter and Etta (Croucher) Gadd. She married Thomas Sexton on April 18, 1925 in Newport, Kentucky, he preceded her in death on December 16, 1986. She is survived by four sons, William Sexton and his wife Helen, Robert J. Sexton and his wife Barbara all of Hamilton, Ralph L. Sexton and Frances Thomas of Seven Mile, and Bud Wayne Sexton and his wife Lois of Danridge, Tennessee; daughter-in-law, Margie Sexton of Phoenix, Arizona; a devoted friend, Irene Price of Hamilton; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, Thomas Sexton in 1966, sister Lula Abrams in 1995, and a grandson, Gregory Sexton in 1992. Funeral services will be held at the Webb Noonan Funeral Home Ross Ave. at South D. St. at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Mike Bastin, Pastor of the Tuley Rd. Church of the Nazarene officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be held at Greenwood Cemetery. The family would like to thank the Tri-County Extended Care Center, personnel, especially Cathy Evans for their special care.
