Born Oct. 5, 1930, in Rockcastle County, Ky., to Charles and Minnie Bullock Robbins, he retired from Sowder Concrete in Dayton. Survivors include his wife, Viola; daughters, Anita Kouts, Faye Smith and Charlotte Frederick; three brothers; seven sisters. Service: 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, New Lebanon. Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria, and 10-11 a.m. Monday at the church.
