JUST POSTING THE OBITUARY ON THOMAS EWEN FROM THE MIDDLETOWN (OH) JOURNAL 1/23/09 Thomas Edward Ewen, age 70, of Franklin, OH passed away January 22, 2009 at his residence. He was born May 20, 1938 in Bowen, KY to Ross Cleveland and Ida May (Sparks) Ewen. He worked for Square D as a supervisor for 38 years. Thomas was a member of Masonic Lodge -Jefferson Lodge # 90 and a Kentucky Colonel. He attended Yankee Road First Church of God. He is preceded in death by his parents Ross and Ida and brothers, Ross and Walter Ewen. Thomas is survived by his wife, Ruby (Roberts) Ewen; sons, Edward D. (Karen) Ewen, David A. (Sandra) Ewen and Richard L. (Michelle Bryant) Ewen; 10 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Delores Stoll, Francis Walgamot. A Masonic Service will be held January 24, 2009 at 1:30 PM at Yankee Road First Church of God with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 2:00 PM with Rev. Kevin Collins officiating. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery- Scattering Garden. Memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, Greater !
